Now that it is officially April 2nd EST, I will finally admit that it was a joke.
A couple of things I would like to point out a few things to the naysayers though:
1. In drafting my cease and desist letter, I looked at about 20 different real cease and desist orders. Every sentence in it is similar, if not identical, to sentences found in legitimate C & D orders. And yes, the VIA CERTIFIED MAIL thing did in fact appear in several actual C & D orders.
2. The Nintendo header was NOT photoshopped. I took the header from a scan of an official Nintendo invitation to Spaceworld 2000, resized it, and inserted it into a word document which I then printed out and then scanned back onto my computer. The Nintendo logo in the printed was originally supposed to be in color, and it looked a lot better in color, but I didn't try and print out my C&D until about 10 PM on March 31st, at which I realized my color cartridge was dead. Since it was too late to go out and get a color cartridge, I was forced to print it in grayscale. I thought it still looked pretty convincing, though not as convincing as it could have been.

The Nintendo thing did kinda give it away. I dunno, it just seemed off. And there were off patches of discolour in the middle.
So do I win Sydlexia Funbucks for being the first to call bullshit?

Sorry, that was actually what I meant; I used "Photoshopped" very loosely. And to be fair, I've got a nuclear-bright monitor which tends to show off flaws a little too well, which I learned on many of my own images and videos.
We still love you, Syd.

Using Giselle Fahimian also made the story much more plausible. She's written several papers on intellectual property rights and has been involved in shutting down other sites.

Yeah, I Googled the name out of curiosity. That was a clever touch.

You get nothing. I posted right after he put it up in the Feedback section. And I'm pretty sure everyone and their mother (or anyone who isn't retarded) knew it was an AFD joke. You get Schrutebucks instead. They're cooler anyway.

I just appreciate the acknowledgment in my sad, pathetic excuse for a life....
Where are Schrutebucks redeemable? Probably with your mom right?

They're so great I can't choose, so I'll go 1:1, until either the available amount of Schrute declines or Nintendo makes your AFD joke a reality.
