Is anyone else as hyped for this coming out as i am? and was anyone else as disappointed with days of ruin as i was?

I bought two copies of FFTA because no one else on my neighborhood bought it and I wanted to play the link-cable side quests. I'm probably not getting this newer one. I haven't heard much about it besides that it is really bad.
I liked Days of Ruin better than all the other Advance Wars because it's now it is about having a better army rather than having a better CO power. I think all the CO powers in DoR suck. Especially Tabitha since you can wreck more shit by boarding a WarTank and having two or three other units follow rather than using the meteor attack.

i felt ruin was a disgrace, it took all the anime-cartoonish fun of the original and sucked the life out of it...plus, as much as people griped about co powers, the power imbalance is still there when picking co (which are much fewer mind you) it's like they finally realized the demographic that was playing the game was older than actually targetted, so they decided to "darken" it...wtf...if those same gamers are already buying and playing the damn game, then so be it...i fucking hate ds marketing strategy...adult game equals higher price

I don't like the new feel, but I think the gameplay is a lot better. Tag powers just sucked. You were rolling along, and then it's like "Oh, fuck, all my shit has been raped".
By the way, the first thing I did was change Brenner's colors so that he's wearing a black uniform. I'm a Hawke fan, and old habits die hard.
