This game was a great fucking idea, you know, considering Virtua Quest did so well.
It should have turned out like MK trilogy, and had playable versions of all the characters from Soul Edge, Soul Blade, and Soul Caliburs I-III, aside from the McFarlane ones.

One of the Kotaku guys played it. They said it was too much Death By Degrees and not enough Shaolin Monks.

Why not just give me SC4? I don't even care if Namco has to gut the graphics. SC3 looked damn good on the PS2, so if they made a Wii version of SC4, it would still look damn good.

I, too, demand a Wii version of SC4. Third party companies really need to stop jerking off on the Wii. The thing is fucking selling like hot cakes, but third parties are still being pricks to it.
You want RE5? Well instead you get a rail shooter.
You want SC4? Well instead you get a button masher.
You want MGS4? Well even though we begged Nintendo to put Solid Snake in Brawl, you're still getting shit instead of MGS4.
You want a 3D Sonic game where he's all hardcore and shit? Well instead you get a 3D Sonic game that's actually somehow good.
SC4 should be on the Wii and it should get the same treatment that MK:Deception got on the GCN and RE4 got on the PS2: a delayed release and some extra characters or something.

Seriously, develpers, I realize that developing for the 360 and PS3 gives you the ability to have better graphicals. But you're ignoring over 1/3rd (possibly over 1/2) of the console gaming fanbase by taking your game series and running them through the ShitMaster 9000 regurgitation device onto a platform that, although lacking in graphical horsepower compared to the other consoles, still has nice graphical capability. But you don't care, do you? No, you'll keep feeding the Wii with regurgitated shit and minigame piss parties, diluting the console's game library and fucking over yet another Nintendo console because you're too busy trying to shoehorn your console games onto the PC or trying to cater to 13 year old girls, the elderly, and anyone else besides people who care about gaming.

Hey, don't bring PCs into this! Were getting shafted on games as well! Most of the companies that started as PC software companies, now are almost console exclusive! (I'm looking at you EA!, When was the last time you released a PC game that you didn't also port to a console?)

The Wii is awesome. And yeah, I forgot that PC games are getting shafted (CnC 3 was also ported to the 360). I guess that's because this is the first time in years I've had a PC good enough to run current software.

It's still no substitue for a real Soul Calibur game, but I got SCL for my birthday and admittedly, it is pretty damn fun. A mindless hack-and-slash where you actually get to mindlessly hack and slash stuff? Good times.
