I was chatting with a friend and we were discussing some words that the English language does not seem to have. Perhaps we have missed them, or there is another language in which these words are defined.

Here are the definitions for words that can not be found.

  1. Someone who believes he or she is a friend to a person of lesser importance.
  2. A person who makes plans with no intentions of keeping them.
  3. Someone who spares another's feelings by bringing them to an event they were not invited to.
  4. A person who has the power to influence change, but instead tolerates work place policies that reduce effectiveness, efficiency, and moral.

Edit: I have reworded the definitions, I am looking for either Nouns or Adjectives for each.

I made some changes to the original post.

I am going to wait and see if I get more answers before I start to comment on them.

Feel free to make up words if you can't think of one.
