This reminds me too much of morons who made snide comments while someone's playing a game, without actually being funny. If you're going to make offhanded commentary on games, at least be good at it.
The thing that really gets me is that I do the offhanded commentary thing, and I'm worried this sort of unfunny white noise is what everyone else hears while I do it.

You know, I wondered this last time I watched that, but why do you start laughing when you say Half Life 2? Was someone making faces at you?
I think it was his way of saying half life 2 had no storyline? Or his response to people who did say it had a story line? Or hes on meth.

Oh fuck man. I just spent my whole day reading about Splatterhouse. I found this cool fansite and everything. I wish I knew how to run MAME though so I could play the original. Oh, and they have a Rick Mugen character. Pretty sweet stuff.

That could be too. But it's not a forced laugh, it sounded like he was genuinely laughing and he was having trouble stopping. Maybe it was the goofy way the mask floated around.

I DLed it for the VC, it's not that great. It's one of those old school games where you move sluggishly and enemies move fast. On the fun scale, it's about two steps above Nastar and Haunted Castle. Altered Beast is way better.
