Well, here you go. The Critic, an amazingly under-rated cartoon which actually had random scenes but were mostly w/in the context of the story. Not unlike Family Guy seasons 1-3.

OMG, i loved that cartoon, it was a shame when it got canceled.

In panel three, how random is it to find a flash comic book (featuring the Rainbow Raider no less) that has the word 'vociferous' in it. It's not often you find comic books aimed towards kids to feature words only spelling-bee champs would know.
And yes I did find this on seanbaby's website, which has yet to be updated in like a year. His comment on this very panel is priceless though:
