Holy crap, that's amazing. Do you have any idea what comic that's from? Also, it looks like Super Reagan may have been some sort of look-alike because the guy in the background in the last frame also looked like Reagan. I suppose that could just be sloppy drawing though.

If anyone can find out what comic this is from, I could pick up a copy at work so Syd could get to the bottom of what's really going on...if he cares.

The huge version I found was posted on... some forum... on April 10. I believe they said it was previously posted on Scans_Daily. But I was unable to track it down there.

Apparently it's from the last issue (#6 ) of the "Legends" mini-series of 1986, and it was J'onn J'onnz of Justice League fame who was impersonating Reagan:
