Months after the contest ended, I got this today...



It's from Pepsi's Transform Your Summer contest which I'm fairly certain we touched on before but I figured I'd share.

It was one of those "enter codes off your caps" deals that once entered, you picked which prizes to use them for, which were random drawings.

I take shitty pictures, but here...




It's basically G1 Prime with new Pepsi detailing (including little Pepsi logos on his "ears" and a Pepsi License plate/belt buckle) and a new trailer designed to hold a 20 ounce bottle of Pepsi laying sideways or three upright cans. He's the mold from the recent Prime reissue, meaning he has a slightly more cartoon accurate rifle with a longer handle (so he can hold it straight out in front of him instead of at an angle) the newer fist molds with slightly raised pegholes (for the same reason the gun has a longer handle) and sadly shortened smokestacks.

It's actually exactly the same, minus the shortened stacks for safety reasons. This is the same mold as was released a few years back in Japan and which was typically pictured with a bottle of Pepsi Twist on board. This one comes with a cardboard insert made to look like one of the bottles as they were decorated during the promotion which is indeed better than a real bottle of Twist though. I do wish I still had an unopened bottle with the Transformers deco on it for his trailer for the sake of display.

There's also a Soundwave MP3 player in both classic and all white color schemes and Rumble and Frenzy headphones out of that line.
