I barely remember this show from my childhood but with all the remakes of 80s franchises being made, this is the franchise that could use a remake:

Captain Powers and the Soldiers of the future!

Soaron would look so badass in CGI.

Any takers or suggestions?

Only if the old Lightgun/Spaceship still work with the new show. I think I still have one in a box somewhere.

Oh yay, this would look so badass with some CGI. After Transformers, my feeling towards CGI have become modest rather then "enough with this shit." Now I'm hoping some really awesome 80s shows would get a chance to be resurrected with the inevitable norm of CGI AND be good.

Same here . . . hell we can watch it now! Commercial FREE!:

Episode 1 part 1

Episode 1 part 2

Episode 1 part 3

It's cheese like cheddar, but damn it was cool and it's dripping with 80s Nostalgia. I still think a remake would be kickass.
