As long as nintendo can fix the sensitivity on the Wiimote.
I'd be a bit more excited if zelda could capture evil spirits in a vacuum jar ghostbusters style. I'm not sure why though. Maybe I just like ghostbusters?

I wish they would make a new Zelda II-style game. Even 2.5D would be acceptable.

I'd actually like an updated version of the shooting gallery from A Link To The Past, in 3d with full Wii Remote capability and cool physics.
Why'd they pick a crossbow, is there a Zelda where you get a crossbow instead of a bow? I've never played anything past the SNES one so excuse my lack of knowledge.

I believe Umbrella Chronicles comes with a Zapper as well. The Zapper isn't even a real peripheral anyway, it's just a $1 piece of plastic that the controller snaps into. A couple of driving games come with a steering wheel thing for it to snap into to.

Kind of off topic, but what Wii games do you guys like to play? What are the best ones?
I've only played Wii Sports and Wii Sports 2, and I thought they sucked. Tennis was Ok.
I'm tempted to get one just for the ability to downloaded SNES and Genesis games.

I'm waiting for the day 12/3. That is all.
I'm tired of "WiiStation 2" and developers killing the minigame genre, but I'm still getting it when I get my money like next month.

Zelda and Metroid, and JEW said.
Super Paper Mario is also insanely fun, as it Mario Strikers Charged. I don't really like soccer at all and I love Strikers.
Also, WTF is Wii Sports 2?

Wario Ware is a lot of fun with a couple of people so is Big Brain Academy. STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM COOKING MAMA!!! Trauma Center (Atlus) Metroid Paper Mario Excite Truck...pretty much any of the Nintendo made titles are worth owning. With the exception of Mario Party. It sucks being an only child and liking a system that is key to Multi-player games.

thew problem is that most of the titles mentioned are games that were already on DS and gamecube in some form, or simply tons of minigames and really aren't enough of an upgrade to warrant buying an almost 300 dollar system for.
at least that's my opinion on the subject.

If they don't fuck it up, I'm really looking forward to the new NiGHTS. But I told myself I'm not buying into wagglewanding until Animal Crossing drops, so I know I have some time to put money away for it. :p

The Metal Slug Anthology is pretty fucking badass, but you really need to play it with the Wavebird. The Wii remote style controls are fucked. Like in one of the settings, to throw bombs, you have to tilt the controller. An interesting idea, but you can't throw bombs anywhere near as quickly as you can by mashing a button, and that'll get you killed.

I probably have the name wrong, but it's another game like Wii sports. Though it appears to be a collection of games that got rejected by Wii Sports.
One of the games is Ping Pong, and there's another where you race a horse and grab balloons or something.

Today at ShopKo I saw a set of Wiimote holders and one of them was a little sword. Of course, it was just that ugly white plastic.

Yea I think. My friend said it came with a controller. I guess that might be part of the reason why it sucked.

Wow, so basically it's a newgrounds flash game that I could have played with a mouse 8 years ago, but with 3d graphics and a gimmicky plastic shell. I hate to be so pessimistic about this, but honestly, Nintendo has their head so far up their ass that I have no hope for them anymore. The gamecube was good and had its fair share of games, it even had better graphics and solid framerates compared to the PS2 and even the Xbox in some cases. I really enjoyed games like True Crime, RE4, Time Splitters 2, Soul Calibur 2...all I see on the Wii now is gimmicky, retarded shit with a mouse cursor superimposed over it, nothing with any draw.
I'm sure the Wii will eventually have some good shit on it, once people stop tacking on lame ass motion controls that use motion to replace a button press for the same pre-defined result.
