He needs a special where he spurts green milkshake from his straw. It could even be a special taunt, like Dan from SFA. It takes a while to perform, leaves you vulnerable, and does minimal damage to the opponent.

That was the second character I thought out. The first was Chef. The kids are probably all too short. Professor Chaos would be damn awesome though.

Jew can get you the program, you have to add in the characters and shit yourself but it's pretty easy, and the base engine doesn't take up too much space (this changes when you add shit).

If you have 64 chars though, it's around 2 gigs on your HD.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M.U.G.E.N

Quote:
M.U.G.E.N is a freeware 2D fighting game engine designed by Elecbyte. The engine allows anyone to create characters, background stages and other game objects through interpreted text files, graphics, and sound compilations. The engine allows for most of the same type of functionality found in most any commercial 2D fighting game, up to and including close recreation of those games' characters and gameplay. While the engine is set up primarily for fighting game development, several other game types have been developed using it, including shooter and platformer style games.

the engine itself is small, as are most characters and stages. it's when you add a fancy screenpack and music and lots of characters and stages that things start to build up. I currently have a whopping thirteen gigs of stuff that I'm still trying to go through.

for starters, download "no limit winmgen patch" from here:
http://unofficial-winmugen.jpn.org/

then you can find stages, characters, and whatnot all over. google stuff.

installing characters:

installing stages and other great stuff:
