I was talking about this film yesterday, asking whether we thought Jet Li and Statham would team up by the end. I still think yes, but another guy thought that Li would be a straight villain the whole time... At least it isn't as obvious as Ecks vs Sever.

Of course there were ninjas! Why wouldn't there be ninjas in a movie like that? Is it any good though is the real question; it looks kinda cool but I've been fooled by flashy action movies before.

It's not the greatest movie in the world, but the fact is Jason Statham and Jet Li are two of the biggest badasses around and they can do no wrong. Statham's great, Li's a great villain, but there were moments where I said to myself: "Boy, Li's hardly in this!" and "Man, Statham has really disappeared!".

And I think all the good action sequences are only in the last half of the movie. The ones early one were pretty tame... actually, if you've seen a ton of action movies, I guess the whole film is kinda tame. Plus, I'm 100% sure it was written by white dudes who used every ethnic stereotyped they knew.

Yeah, this movie was very bleh to me. Nothing really memorable, which sucks, cause I think both Jet and Statham are badass. I thought Bourne Ultimatum was better since I saw both back to back.

Its the Jason Statham/Jet Li movie. Its seriously awesome, so you should watch it.

A plot that becomes very interesting, lots of killing, and gunplay that DOESN'T suck.

It was the last movie i considered my favorite. Especially during the Statham freak out kill scenes.
