I showed this to my friend and he says its a commercial for the convenience store his girlfriend works at, named Mac's. WTF is an icee flavor that stands for "What's the Flavor?"

Aw, I think it was better before I knew it was for an actual product. I liked it better as a nonsensical, surrealistic mess.
