I think it would have bugged me if I hadn't seen the show in its syndicated order repeatedly for the number of years Disney aired it. But, I understand the dilemma of what's the proper order and not showing the last episode until the last.
Random story: I was looking at the episodes before I knew about the DVD ordering. I forgot how many seasons "Dinosaurs" ran, so I was scanning for the last episode. I went to the end of the list and was pissed it wasn't there. I just figured I had another season to buy in a few months. Then I found out about the order change and was relieved. Then I was a little pissed about the reorder.
