Taking a page out of Marvel Comics "Civil War" series, it looks like future mutant superheroes will never have to worry about being discriminated against.
In a 420 - 3 margin, the House of Representatives approved the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act, which would "prohibit employers from using genetic information or test results when making employment and health benefits decisions."
Next up will be the Senate...but since most of us consider them mutants anyways, the GINA should be a bill before we know it.
That's right, just because you're a mutant doesn't mean they have the right to take away your health coverage....even if you happen to burn holes in your hands with your heat vision.
