Okay, all of these look good to me but I've heard two yeas and two nays on Ghost Rider. So which do you want to see first, and if you've seen any of these what did you think?

I saw Hannibal and I believe it's a movie that only I like.
Ghost Rider I want to see. The peanut gallery had two haters and two people who gave it 7/10.
I'd go see the Bridge one, because I know nothing about it. I wasn't even aware it was a book.

I remember my 3rd or 4th grade teacher read Bridge to Terabithia to my class for English. When I saw a poster for it a while back I instantly remembered that I'd been exposed to the book but I can't remember anything about it.

Same thing happened to me, when "Indian in The Cuboard" came out a few years ago. I was like "I remember my 3rd Grade Teacher read that to us!" but I don't remeber much about it, other than there was a magic key that turned plastic toys into real people from the past ."

Ghost Rider is pretty good, but as with most comic book movies, the less you know about the character the better, because they do take a few liberties with his backstory as well as give Johnny a power that didn't debut until the 1990s Ghost Rider series when Daniel Ketch became Ghost Rider.

I enjoyed Ghost Rider because I've never read the books. All our customers at the comic book store HATED it. It's more of a comedy than anything else which the comic itself is not...not even a little. If you've never read any of it you may enjoy it, but if you've played the Capcom fighting games be warned that Blackheart and Mephisto are just a couple of guys, not badass demon looking things

Actually, only Blackheart was cool looking in the comics. Mephisto looked like a fucking goober:
And stop fucking saying it was a comedy. It wasn't. You know how I know it wasn't? Because BlackZarak isn't bitching about it.
And also... BECAUSE IT WASN'T.

Even if I haven't seen it yet, I guarantee you're not the only one! So long as it's not like Hannibal, I'm sure it'll be amazing! The style of Hannibal was too gory...

I want to see the Bridges to Tabitha or whatever among the others. I really don't want to see Ghost Rider as I'm not familiar with that character at all, plus I really don't want to see Nicholas Cage. The Hannibal movie looks okay, but I've hear many things up and down about it. The Bridges~ movie seems imaginative and might be interesting.

The book is simply amazing, but I would guess that the movie will kill it like it has with most novels-turned-motion picture

I, for once, don't have to worry about it. It's a nice thing to not worry about.

Yeah, you WISH Blackheart was that cool. Also Mephisto looks fine in the comics (and has been redone since that image you showed as well), though I'll admit the actor playing him did a good job. I guess my biggest issue with Blackheart was that it just looked like some kid Kris Lexia would be in love with who sat in his room all night crying in the corner and cutting himself while listening to My Chemical Romance. Not terribly villainous.
Also, I said the movie felt like a comedy because there was a lot of stuff intended to make people laugh, moreso than there was anything else in the movie (aside from computer animations)

If you're talking about stuff like Ghost Rider giving the cops the finger, I don't think that was necessarily supposed to be funny, it was supposed to make GR look badass.

I can't picture a giving of the finger as being badass. It seems like something some juvenile does to express his rebellious side. Badass is breaking your kneecaps in with a bat.
I've never thought about it until now, but the middle finger is kind of lame in terms of something that's supposed to be serious.

I agree with Rycona. It's been used so much, it's sort of lost any real meaning. However, bat violence never gets old. Just ask Joe Pesci. Or the collection of bats I have in my car's trunk.

I don't think the trunk actually BELONGS to the car. The trunk is a part of the car, all of which is owned by you. Or the bank, depending on your financial situation.

Of course it belongs to the car, and by the transitive property, me. My hands and my balls are attached to me, but that doesn't make them not mine. Therefore, the trunk is attached to the car, and is the car's trunk. It's Cattivo's car, and thus it is also Cattivo's trunk.

I don't think inanimate objects can "possess" other things, per se. Your car might be built with a trunk, but it's not the car's trunk. It's your trunk, and your car. The "hands and balls" analogy doesn't work here because you're talking about you, a living thing. It could be "the trunk of your car", or "your trunk", but I don't see how it's grammatically correct that you can use "the car's trunk".
