I'll throw down Nemesis 3: Time Lapse and Nemesis IV: Death Angel. They're not even B movies; they're Z Grade movies. Never watch them. EVER.
Edit: And I loved that Elie Wiesel "encounter"

1.) Pitch Black (I'm sure someone's going to bitch about it... but it was a horrible movie)

It may very well be the worst film ever made by man, seahorse, or pelican. I ended up having to watch it. I recall the commercials trying to sell it with the talking kangaroo, but the kangaroo only talks for a one and a half minute segment of the film one one of the main character's hallucinations in the desert.

Man, it'd be so easy to fill this list up with MST3K titles, like anything by Coleman Francis.
Also, just about anything from production company The Asylum ("Snakes on a Train", "Dragon") would get my vote. As would anything by director Ray Dennis Steckler ("The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies").
Worst A movie? "Exorcist II: The Heretic".

I have yet to see Pitch Black, so I can't join the debate (or lack of one).
Anyways, a movie I truly hated was "Suicide Club", or "Suicide Circle", or whatever it was called. Truly horrible.

Know what movie I hate the most? Speed 2: Cruise Control. Now there was a B movie done with an A budget and failing in Z quality.

I actually think it's so bad that it's good. When you have dialog like that movie did, you can't say it's a good movie.
