I have this rum liquer I got in Cuba, called Legendario. It is the smoothest, sweetest thing I have ever tasted. You used to be able to get it at one liquor store in all of Canada for $80 a bottle, but not anymore. I bought it at my resort for $11.
My favorite beers are Bud, Keith's, and Sleeman's Honey Ale.
Mixed drinks are Pinnacle Whipped Cream Vodka with Dr Pepper, Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey in Apple juice, paralyzers, and my favorite shot is one that a waitress made for me: The Rifleman, which consists of cream de cacao, butter ripple schnapps, and vanilla vodka. It's smooth, it's sweet, with an underlying sense of bitterness, just like me.

I like the 99 proof flavored liquor. comes in banana, apple, berry etc.
I usually mix it with pinnacle whipped.
For beer I'll go for Rolling rock, PBR, Redds, Corona Extra, sometimes Budweiser.
Speaking of alcohol, I need to go get some tonight, I'm out.

For beer, Guinness is probably my favorite, especially the extra stout kind. Otherwise, I like stuff like Blue Moon, or anything with a citrus taste to it (just love citrus in general).
For hard liquor, I like ordering a vodka tonic when I'm out (preferably with Skyy vodka so that I don't get a headache afterward). But at home I prefer red wine, mainly a cheap Italian Sangiovese or Chianti. Ecco Domani used to make both, but now it's hard for me to find good, cheap, Italian ones, so I just buy La Carraia from Binny's. Basically any Sangiovese from the region of Umbria is up my alley, just hard to find. My parents brought a bottle of it home from an Italy trip years ago without any sulfites. The brand was Lungarotti. Best bottle I ever had, plus no headache the next day because of the lack of sulfites. Couldn't find anything like it when I was there years later, but I didn't go near Umbria, just Rome and below.

I am allergic to citrus (well, it's an intolerance), so I'm extremely limited in all my food and drink, but especially alcoholic drinks.

I'm pretty much down for any type of beer. I have a preference for porters and IPAs, and if possible I pass on the domestic stuff. Favorite breweries are probably Sierra Nevada and New Belgium.
I highly recommend anyone to try out the random mix-and-match six packs that several grocery stores offer. Try to get out of your comfort zone, it's a great way to broaden your tastes.
Also, it's not always a terrible premium - remember, you can usually find some choices from the more expensive beers.

my roommate and i started drinking 40's again of Olde English high gravity. we are gonna gravitate away from that since we are trying to get in shape again, so we will just be drinking hard liquor. lately we been drinking whiskey a lot. jim beam, fireball, the costco store brand canadian whiskey.
if im at a bar, i normally drink PBR since its usually pretty cheap.

I prefer hard cider to beer, but I was pleasantly surprised with Yeungling and Blue Moon. I also basically like anything with vodka lol. If I have a choice from absolutely anything, I usually go with hard cider or white wine.

My cousin and I were walking down the street one night and found a bottle of Fireball on the ground. It was open but full, so we got drunk for free.
Then there was the time the guy at the liquor store introduced us to Black Sheep and we drank the whole bottle and got super hyper and wreaked havoc all over town haha.

Skyy vodka used to be my thing. Used to be as in I don't drink anymore. I would go through half a gallon a night of that shit and wasn't even fazed and was still holding down a job. Most people just don't believe me when I tell them that. I was pretty much a high maintenance drinker and it was absolute hell on earth...
When I finally stopped drinking I went into a doctor that specializes in this kind of thing and half way through the session I told her that I was drunk right then. She was amazed when I blew about a .23 and had a tolerance off the chart (EGT over 2k where they just stop counting) as she perceived me as being stone cold sober.
My roommates at the time had know idea either and I had several. They tell you that you are fooling yourself if you think you can hide it, well in my case I did. This is not something I am trying to boast about, it may have saved me a lot of misery if someone did notice.
Sorry for the Debby Downer post; but yeah Skyy vodka =0

No more liquor for me, ruined my stomach on whiskey and Appalachian moonshine at far too young an age.
As for beer, it's Sierra Nevada, PBR, Blue Moon, Dogfish Head, Black and Tans, Coors Original...that's about it. Can't do light beer, the extra carbonation fucks my stomach up.

Heh, you sound mostly like me. I do love my Hornsby's hard cider in the Summer. Forgot to mention that above.

Yeah, I had the same problem in college when cheap Busch light screwed with me. Couldn't chug it during drinking games without belching midway through. Problematic.

I've never been able to enjoy the taste of beer, to be completely honest. I do love cider though. My favorite ciders are:
1. Woodchuck (especially the variety pack)
2. Strongbow
3. Angry Orchard
4. Stella Cidre
5. Johnny Appleseed
6. Smith & Forge
7. Redd's (the Coors light of cider)
I'm also partial to girly vodka drinks, not as much as cider though

I stopped drinking for good over a year ago, but when I did drink, it was either obnoxiously expensive scotch, or gut rot malt liquor that would embarrass a transient.

Harp, Guinness, Morgans Rum are the usuals.
...If they aren't on tap: Corona, Carlsberg, and Tennents.
Also the occasional cider so Magners/Bulmers.

Angry Orchard is fantastic. Corona is the worst thing I've ever tasted.

I could sing love songs to Stella. Like Jesus Christ on rollerskates it is delicious. Definitely drier than other hard ciders but it's a nice change of pace. Also wanna second the comment about Woodchuck because it's tasty. I also enjoyed 1911. They make a nice dry cider IMO.
And then I could drink Malibu and UV Blue until the stars fall from the sky. But I'm a college girl so I suppose the UV Blue is forgivable.

Hmm, I tend to like the sweeter ciders, like Hornsby's amber draft, instead of the drier ones, like Hornsby's crisp apple. So, we'll see if I like Stella when I actually get around to trying it in the Spring or Summer, but it sounds like it may be too dry for me.
Woodchuck always seems to be popular, but I'm not crazy about it. It seems pretty average to me, but I'm definitely in the minority opinion there. I've been told to try some of their seasonals before. Someone on this site pointed me to their winter draft before, but by the time I was in the mood for cider, it was out of production for the year. Should try to see if I can find some now since it's still Winter. Looking at Binny's site, I see they have a Granny Smith draft, and I love those apples, so that might be worth trying.
I've had Magner's at a few bars, and I thought it was pretty good.

I'm really not a beer fan, but I do like me some cider. Angry Orchard is pretty good, I like Strongbow too.

Apparently this is a real thing, and I am totally buying a bottle to sit on, despite being done with drinking beyond really rare social settings.
