Good news is that it's coming, bad news is that I don't have a 3DS. Would have been nice to dust off the DS.

I think it's cowardly of Capcom to revert to Phoenix as the main character. I like it when they try changing the status quo and I would have liked the last game more if it had none of the original characters. That they had just one was the first warning sign that this wouldn't stick.

Cowardly, maybe, but Phoenix's presence in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 re-invigorated my interest in the character, so I definitely see this as a good thing.

Super Necro Bump to report that the game will be available on the 3DS' eShop on October 24th at the price of $29.99 (or 24.99 Euros).
Also, it's been revealed that Pearl Fey will be present for this game.
