Oh, blah blah blah, just an excuse for parents who didn't educate their kids in how-to-not-get-raped. But seriously, that guy must've had some kind of Uber-DS, because I can't get my wireless to function beyond 100 feet without it cutting off.

I just realized: Somewhere in Japan, Regal is PictoChatting with some kid, trying to rape them.

You can't do that 'cause the DS Picto is local.. Unless he happens to have a copy of Clubhouse Games, which he probably does.
