Indeed, even when a forum is busy and bustling with activity, folks will eventually find other things to do and move on. Despite what it says up there, nobody really expects to stay with a given forum /forever/. Particularly when a forum is as close to dead as this place is.

Something that's really bothered me about this very thing is that I feel as if I started trying to be a regular member right as things began to die down. I feel like I got cheated out of a really cool community and it's aggravating. I need to find a way to help bring life back to this place or something.

Jeebus was a bit of a sourpuss, and that had a lot to do with him leaving. FNJ was becoming dissatisfied with the content of the forums (and with Jeebus). Dunno about Ross, though, I miss him. I still have him added on Facebook, though I haven't talked to him in a while. He's just doin' his thing and livin' life.
And yeah, the forums are admittedly a little dead at this point, but we can still liven them up with new threads at this point. Seriously, people, make a thread about anything, and I'll try to find something to say about it.

I didn't leave because I'm a "sourpuss" as you put it. I merely lost interest in the forums because there was nothing going on that interested me. The best way to increase forum activity would be content on a regular basis. That, and archiving EVERYTHING that currently exists in a secret vault and basically rebooting the forums from scratch.

Not a bad idea in theory, but rebooting the forum in theory would only bring into focus how few people are left around here and how little posting gets done. Right now there are only maybe 20-40 regular posters left, with maybe 10-15 more than mostly lurk and post on rare occasions. The flow of new forum members is at an all time low on top of that. At this point, it'd basically take something major to breathe life back into the place.

Actually, a quick google search of "erin esurance hentai" and the 7th result is a Sydapedia article. So that might actually be responsible for a token few members.

He kind of comes and goes as he pleases and right now he is working on a new website and I am sure he will return before the year is out.
Ross
He just seems to be busy, he occasionally posts on Facebook and twitter. I think real life just takes a precedent for him.
Jeebus
He posts when things are active from what I can tell. Get syd to write and post more and Jeebs will follow
