Oh wow, hard to decide. Metal Man gives the best weapon of any robot master ever, Needle Man has the best music of anyone on the list, Dust Man, Star Man, and Slash Man also have pretty cool powers, and Knight Man has a lot of sentimental value as he's the first robot master I ever beat. The vote goes to Metal Man, because metal blades are the shizz.
