I find that modern games rarely capture my interest, but there are two I will be watching closely over the next few months:
CD Projekt RED's Cyberpunk 2077; The Witcher 2 was excellent, but I think a similiar game in a cyberpunk setting would be even better.
Tango Gameworks' survival horror game: Shinji Mikami can do no wrong in my book, and it's been a long time since a good survival horror game was released.

Bioshock Infinite gives me a semi every time I see new material about it. Also, The Last of Us looks like it'll be a masterpiece.

The Last of Us and Bioshock Infinite. obviously. And I still have to get RE6 at some point. Other than that, literally nothing; not only is there nothing else coming out that I'm interested in, but I still have a lot of games I own yet have never played, and I have a pretty long Steam wishlist.

"The Last Of US" for the PS3 looked absolutely amazing. I never saw a game breaking the barrier between movie and videogame in such a radical way. But it was just a trailer, so maybe it will still suck,
"blazblue: chrono phantsma" is also a game i'm looking forward to.

Assassin's Creed 3
Bioshock Infinite
The Last of Us
Metro: Last Light
Company of Heroes 2
The Cave (a Metroidvania from Ron Gilbert- WOOOOO!)
Aliens: Colonial Marines
I also like the idea of Medal of Honor: Warfighter's single-player (from the viewpoint of US/British/Polish/other NATO soldiers), but I think they'll probably fuck it up. The last MoH had potential, but they went too far with the sight-seeing tour system in its single-player. Black Ops 2 is supposedly doing some really interesting stuff with its campaign (non-linearity and a strategy-game style single-player element), though I'm thinking it's bullshit that won't live up to the hype.
Other than that, I mostly keep my eyes on Steam's indie games, since they've been releasing some really good shit on it for a while lately.

All I've got left that I'm looking forward to comes out in like 2-3 weeks: The new Harvest Moon for the 3DS.
Still have lots of games I need to get that have come out semi-recently but nothing I've seen that is coming up looks all that interesting. Still have yet to beat an Assassin's Creed or Bioshock game since I get bored with them really fast. So I won't be buying either of those and trudging through the repetitiveness. Probably wait on reviews for The Last of Us before I drop money on it. At least my Christmas list this year will be made a lot easier by the complete lack of interesting games.
