I'll go with Squid Adler on this one. When I beat MMX5 without any powerups or beating any bosses, he was so hard to fight in Sigma's lair like that, it took me hours.

I'm going with Spark Mandrill. Most of the electric based Mavericks sucked, at least Mandrill had the courtesy to be laughably easy with Shotgun Ice so you could get on with the rest of the game.

Spark Mandrill. His weakness makes him meh, but most of the other bosses are lamer. A sponge and a catfish? No. Web Spider reminds me of Bospider which makes me hate him, and Squid Adler is Launch Octopus' brother, which makes me hate him as well.
