If you don't know, apparently it's an adventure game for PC/PS3/360. A total of 5 episodes will be released and it actually got good reviews (IGN 8.5/10)
It's a separate story running at the same time as the show and you'll "bump" into a few characters it states. Also, the narrative is suppose to be awesome. Decisions you make from day one will effect all 5 episodes.
I'll update more once I get through the 1st one. They're $5 bucks each on PSN, or $20 for all 5 and you get a special theme for buying the pack.
it seems like a decent game, especially since its made by telltale games. let us know what you think of the game and i'll consider picking it up.

It's kind of point and click with button mashing, just got done playing for about an hour. I enjoy it, feels way more open-ended than a lot of games considering most of the gameplay seems to involve people trusting you.

Just finished Episode 1 (only one currently available)
As drop explained, it's a point and click adventure style game, mixed in with some button mashing at points (like pushing a zombie off of you or forcing a door closed).
It's VERY story driven. If you're looking for a run around and kill zombies all day game, do not look here. I'd say 75% of the episode is conversations, and it feels more like a interactive movie.
With that said, I loved it. It's voice acting is top notch, the Cel Shaded Graphics look great (on PS3 at least). I do feel it would be much easier to control on a PC with a mouse and keyboard instead of a controller. I play my games with the Camera inverted, and it drove me CRAZY I couldn't invert the cursor.
You'll make numerous decisions that from episode 1 will effect all the way to 5. Also, at the end of 1 it sums it up what you decided and shows you how your special episode 2 will now turn out. It makes me want to jump right back in and play episode 1 all over again and see what other things can turn out. Other characters will react and treat you differently from the choices you make and if you lie or tell the truth.
It's very interesting to me to see how it all turns out.
tl;dr
Heavy story driven, point and click adventure. Loved it. If 2-5 are as good as episode 1 was, it turned out awesome.

I just got this and i've recorded some of it so prospective buyers can see what it's like - i'll link it here when i've uploaded it.
It's about the first 20 minutes of the game and i wouldn't worry about spoilers and such as the game changes depending on your decisions.
I played the demo, not bad. They certainly got the overly gory zombie skull smashig / kill shot thing right, feels just like watching the show! DUDE GROSS

I really like it so far! I have only played episode 1 and 2, but I hear 3 and 4 are even better so I am trying to find time to crank on those.
I did a video review of the first one, if you want to watch it. Im no professional or anything but it should give you a good idea what the game is like!

Owning your own video game store is more work than you think, and less fun. I love it though!
