I'm just now playing these. (beat 1, almost there on 2) Terrible control in 1, and very poor sound quality since I played the N64 version, somewhat crummy voice acting, and of course, older graphics. Although it has it's flaws, 2 is a lot better.

But you know what? I still like them both. Hell, at the risk of being shunned, I'd say I love them.

I have a thing for games where you can check every little nook and cranny and get a humorous description or secret item, sidequests, and lovable characters. The Bonnes are awesome (Bon Bonne was voiced by the same lady who does the voice of pikachu. freaky.)!

I know they're deviations from the sidescroller-platformer originals, so they're bound to get shit on by traditional MegaMan fans, especially the "HE'S CALLED ROCKMAN, DAMMIT!" folks, but what did you think of these games? Has anyone played The Misadventures of Tron Bonne? Anyone else in the mind that Skies of Arcadia was based off of MMLegends?

The only one I played is Mega Man 3 on an emulator. I'm now at the yellow cyclop.

I actually tried some more recent ones, but I didn't like the controls.

Mega Man Legends/64 is a great game and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Also, Rockman sounds way better than Megaman.

I think rockman sounds stupid.

and megaman legends was short, easy, mostly pointless, only distracted me from reality for liek fifteen minutes, and most of the characters anoyed the hell out of me.
