So you title the post "It's been x days" when you want an "It's been x months" thread?

This is not even feedback at this point, this is just an irritation.

I was unaware leaving feedback in a feedback forum was an offense.

I feel so stupid.

The whole point @om*d is trying to make is that this isn't feedback.

It just happens to be one of those jokes that was funny the first time, but quickly overstays it's welcome.

Exactly. It is not actually feedback on anything, just a request for (and) a spam topic. That is just my opinion.

I say let Syd take as much time as he needs to write another article.

I paint and I sculpt things, and lately (past two months) my friends have been encouraging me to do it more, because they enjoy my work. But they won't stop with the comments. They are not constantly hounding me, but slight suggestions here and there and asking me if I have done anything yet with no consideration of how my creative process works pisses me off. It makes me look at my art more as work and causes me not to begin or finish projects I have started or may want to start.

Once people demand that you do things that you like to do for fun because they want you to do them, some of the fun is taken out of those things.

Multiple requests in 2 months is quite a bit different from 3 requests in 8-9 months.

This is how I've always felt on the subject. Quality should be superior to quantity.

Besides, it's not like Syd doesn't have a life outside of this site. Getting mad at him for not writing more articles is kind of moronic, seeing as he isn't technically obligated to do so in the first place.

No one said that he has to write them, it's just some people would like to see more content made.

When your quantity is 0 it doesn't really matter how high quality the content is if it doesn't exist.

I'm not actually quoting you for anything you've said, but I just now noticed all of the Dark Tower stuff in your sig. That's awesome.

His content quantity isn't 0 though, because there's obviously some stuff on the site. Your math sucks.
