So I can't print on my computer. When I try it says the print spooler isn't running. When I tried to turn on the spooler I received this message:
Error 1068: The Dependancy Service or Group Failed to Start
I have googled the problem and seen many a forum with instructions that frankly I don't entirely understand. If anyone can help (GP?) it would be greatly appreciated. I have a Gateway ZX4951 running Windows 7 Home Premium.

I get some BS error message at work sometimes when I try to print, and it's something about spooling. I think if I go in and delete all the print jobs in the cue it fixes it.

Right click on My Computer
Select Manage
Double click on Services and Application
Double click on Services
Scroll down to Print Spooler and click on it
Click on Stop
Now click on Restart to start the service
Click OK

What douche said is important and should be the first attempt.
Also, if you find that it is set to start manually you should set it to automatically start.
After that I would consider deleting the printer and reinstalling it.
The service itself is the control that allows images to be kept in memory for future printing and it organizes the printouts in order so that if multiple jobs are sent they are sent in an order the printer can understand.
