I want to say that this is Downfall, which I believe you advertised/hyped on your Facebook some time ago. But I haven't actually played it. Or very many survival horror games in general.

You got it Prengo! Take it away. Believe it or not, it's not actually a survival horror game, just a regular ol' point-and-click adventure game (with incredibly horrific content, but still).

My last hint is that it's a Turbografx-16 game. I'll check back tomorrow to see if anyone gets it.
