Here it is. I've been working on this for about seven months. This is going to be competition to see who is the ultimate Robot Master.
Below you will see the bracket. Each poll will run for one week (7 days) and we will keep going until only one remains. All ties will be broken by jprime.
Also, if your favorite Master loses once, don't fret! This is a double elimination tournament. Matchups against losing Robot Masters will run for 10 days to really give people a chance to defend their favorites.
Please, nobody create additional forum accounts just to give multiple votes to your favorite. That will ruin the integrity of this competition.
First up...Toad Man vs Sheep Man! Let the campaigning begin!

Why do people think Sheep have electric powers? This is not an isolated incident, I remember some weird Pokemon who was also an electric sheep. Well, I, for one, will not stand by this any longer! I refuse to vote for any animal-based robot master who has undeserved electric powers...
Wait... Toadman had electric powers on Megaman.exe...
Well, screw that, then. I vote for Toad, because he's green and shiny

Sheep Man's weapon sucks, but I like his design. He also has one of the most fun fights of any robot master in the series, especially on hard mode. Toad Man is just pathetic.

The electric sheep is actually a three stage evolution chain in Pokemon.
Flaafy into Mareep at level 15 and Ampharos at level 30.
I voted for Toad Man because Toad Rain doesn't require any fancy aiming. Just press, wait, and dissolve stuff.

I voted for Sheep Man because my girlfriend is from New Zealand, where the people regularly have sex with sheep. So, I figured her father must be a sheep man himself, which makes this Sheep Man awesome, because my girlfriend is awesome.

Sheep smell bad. And they're known to get-sick-and-die suddenly. And their damn hooves are always overgrowing.
