Why is it worth seeing in theaters rather than renting?

Idk if there'd be any difference. I was more referring to the fact that I don't feel like I wasted eight bucks to see it.

It's out already? Man, without cable, I have no idea when things hit. I only just days ago learned that there was a Kung Fu Panda 2.

I honestly thought it was coming out the end of June. We were pleasantly surprised when we checked movie listings yesterday lol.

I've heard good things about this, but just really annoyed by the selection of the class itself. I really think Cyclops should've been there, continuity be damned. In fact, they should've just rebooted the entire franchise after that Wolverine movie.

Am I the only one who thinks whenitdrops.com sounds like a scatological shock site?

Yeah, well, I thought it was nice to highlight other characters. Cyclops wasn't my favorite to begin with, but I think the movie was ok without him. And Jean. Regardless, they did do cameos of other well-known X-Men in the scene when Xavier tries Cerebro for the first time (ex. Storm, Wolverine, etc.). Plus, there's going to be a sequel to this.

I think the fact that it implies there is a wait involved is the worst part.

Cyclops isn't my favorite X-Men ever either, but it's more of what he represents to the team, so it makes sense to me. Mystink is one of the few I could do without, I never liked her, hell I even prefer Morph over her.

I saw it today. I had my doubts based on previews and things I heard, but I have to say it was a lot better than I expected. It's not the best X-Men movie, but it's definitely better than third X-Men, and I thought they did a great job with the continuity. There were a ton of great references to the other movies. The fanboys will be all pissed because there is no Cyclops, but who gives a fuck; it was an entertaining movie. It's a really good, fast-moving action flick.

No, but that only adds in my opinon. I'm really getting kinda pissed at how overrated 3-D is.

I have to say this was easily the best Marvel movie to date. I do have high hopes for Cap, but that's possibly just because I love America.

Well, it would have to try extremely hard to outdo how bad the 1990 version was.
I'm probably going to see this next week. I still think it might work better to just revamp the series if this is as good as everyone says it is.

This movie wasn't bad but it gave me a great idea for a gay porno. I'm gonna call it "Sex-Men: First Ass". The story line will depict an epic struggle between Professor Sex and Fagneto for dominance.
[SPOILER:03662d38a2]It will end with Fagneto getting blasted in the face by Professor Sex's Cyclops[/SPOILER:03662d38a2]
