I've seen this show at Disneyland dozens of times (wish it had been around when I was young enough to participate.) For those who aren't familer, a small group of kids are given Jedi robes and light sabers, get "trained" by Jedi, and then get to 'fight' Darth Vader and/or Darth Maul. It's so amazing.
In all the times I've seen it though. I have never seen this:
This little girl is my new hero. I thought the Jedi handled it well, too. The actor playing Vader must have been laughing his ass off under the mask.

I saw this earlier and was cackling madly. I have to believe it was preplanned, but still amazingly hilarious.

One of the things when it comes to working with people and especially kids in a live show setting, you have to be ready for anything and be ready to improv and roll with the punches.
Awesome.

Yeah... like how they played it off and told the girl that the "Sith academy is over there" when in actuality, they are destroying the little girl's dream

Darth Vader could have at least knighted her when she bowed to him.

If I was playing Darth I would have knighted her then attacked the Mace Windu clone.

I KNOW RIGHT??? I SO wish something like that had happened. Of course, the main issue is that they (obviously) have pre-recorded lines for Darth so he couldn't have SAID anything. Still, at least holding a hand out to her or something would have been awesome. (Then again, Disney would prolly have been angry that the actor was "encouraging defection to evil" or something.)
Annoying part: now we're going to have a rash of imitators doing the same thing. Clearly, the show is going to have to create an SOP for addressing that.
Also: that is the single greatest commercial of all time, Ear. Seriously.

Honestly, I think that happens more often than gets caught on camera. Kids are, if nothing else, smartasses.
It was funny, and handled pretty well by the actors.
