http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/

Microsoft just announced a preview build of IE 10. I am on my Mac, so I can't test it yet, but everything I am reading says it is IE9 with more standards supported.

Meh. Pass.

Also, it apparently doesn't work with Windows Vista, so I can't use it anyways.

I'm not even going to bother. I'm past patronizing Microsoft at this point. I already have to use IE 8 at work (they never update shit) and I tried and hated IE 9, so unless they send a hot chick out to my house to fellate me while feeding me bacon, I wouldn't even go near it. Besides, my wife would get pissed, so it's best not to even think about it. If I buy a new computer, I might use it to get online while I download a better browser.

Who likes role-playing games? Me. Way too goddamn much.

I haven't used Internet Explorer in years except to grab Chrome on a fresh Windows install. I had some serious issues with it freezing all the time back on Vista and finally quit using it altogether at that point. I'd been messing around with Firefox and Chrome for a bit at that point anyway and the fact that IE was pretty much unusable for longer than thirty seconds pushed me to them. Anything Chrome can't do because of lack of support (I'm looking at you FAFSA website), Firefox can handle. I just don't see myself ever using this except to install another browser to get the drivers I need during a computer build/reformat.

So.... Microsoft is making stuff up...

http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ie/archive/2011/04/12/native-html5-first-ie10-platform-preview-available-for-download.aspx

Claiming that IE9/IE10 are the only Native HTML5 browsers. No one knows what this means, but Firefox has been arguing about the fact that this is bullshit marketing.

Additionally IE 10 will NOT work on any OS lower than Windows 7.

No Vista Support.
