Wow it's weird, Galaxy Man's theme sounds a lot more old-school than the older themes.
I've been on a Megaman binge lately, the music rules! Anyone else think the purple Dr. Wiley stage (the one where you gotta kill those wall canons with crash bombs) sounds very Iron Maideny?

Flame man get's my vote again. Galaxy is still really close, but the Flame intro is what seals the deal for me.
Galaxy man takes it for me without a doubt.
