This game is the shit. This is coming from someone who played and hated Civilization 3. I can't describe it how it's fun. Maybe it isn't, but it's very very addictive. Nothing is more fun than being Ghandi who just declared pacifism, and declaring war on everyone and nuking them into a fine powder.

"But God says conflict is wrong!"

"God says a lot of things."

*Nukes Shanghai*

It's also very fun to enter Worldbuilder and give your tribe nukes and the internet before discovering, say, the wheel.

I actually like Civ 3, but it really does have some shitty points. I have a friend who says Civ IV rules, so I have to get it.

I loved civ3. Corruption was annoying as hell though.

I'd try civ4, but civ games are always addicting. I value my sleep because it means work goes by a lot easier. Flashy graphics seem to annoy me anyway. I like things simple.

I'd start a game of Civ 3, and 4 hours later I'd get off and be all "where the hell did my day go?"

To seal the deal, they finally fixed (for the most part) the Spearman-can-kill-a-tank bullshit. Corruption's no longer there, which is a plus. The graphics may look like their there to spruce up the game, but they really do make a difference. The leaders look really awesome.

That was fucked up. Why the hell can a Galleon kill a fucking AEGIS Cruiser?

I always rationalized it by convincing myself that they improvised with things like Molotov cocktails.

Are AEGIS cruisers set up to defend themselves against a boarding party of Rummed up sailors with cutlasses in their teeth?

Rum.

Rum, rum, rummy, rum, rum.

No. They're set up to turn Iran into what it looks like when you microwave a burrito for an hour longer than the cooking time.
