the kid underneath was knocked out and was in the hospital for a day or two, the kid on top was fine, just shaken up... The people in that dorm did it three times before that happened.

THREE times. I do commend their persistence in doing this until someone was hospitalized. Lesser idiots would have stopped at the first time, but not the kids from your campus.
