Um what the hell, it's called hitting print screen and faffing about in MS paint, no website or instructions needed...
I hope the creators didn't waste too much time inventing this.

Firebug ( I elieve GPF mentioned it once) Is a great program to mess around with sites before taking a screenshot. It even looks professional... but you gotta know at least a little bit of HTML
