I found this on Reddit yesterday and found it funny but kinda weird. According to the "About" page of the website this was a real NES cart that the creator of the site bought at a garage sale. Never heard of the game and seen the rom but hes emulated it and thats basically the entire website. It reminds me of Mega Man in some parts but it also has characters you interact with so i dunno what it resembles. Heres the Link

Edit: Its actually closer to Super Mario Bros by getting points when you clobber enemies and having unlimited fire balls, in this case boomerang (weird i know). Theirs even a suit you get that turns you gold similar to the mushroom i guess?
