So it turns out that, if arranged in chronological order, the McBain movie clips shown on The Simpsons form a four-minute excerpt from an action film in which McBain “hunts corrupt drug kingpin Senator Mendoza and tries to exact revenge for his murdered partner while battling red tape at police headquarters.”
I love how McBain is 3x bigger than the ice sculpture he was hiding in.

Damn I like me some Classic Simpsons!
It's comforting that there are bigger Simpsons nerds out there than me, I own every boxset ever released and run back to back marathons whenever I have nothing else new to watch, and I never caught this. Season 9 is playing in the background right now!
