So after 3 weeks, I have to say that there is very little keeping me from not watching this show. I can't stand any of the characters (I want to slap the kids around) with the exception of Bob, which probably has some relation from being voiced by H. Jon Benjamin.

Any thoughts?

Louis Lunch is overrated too. Once you have experienced it, you can walk away and say you've done it, but you won't want to do it again.

Bob's Burgers is Horrible with the exception of Bob as you mentioned. The only reason why it stays on, is I'm too lazy to change the channel inbetween the shows I do want to watch.

There's nothing much really that makes me enjoy this show, but the "Thanks a Brunch" Burger at Fatburger is excellent with some extra bacon.

The pilot sucked major balls besides the one girl making the hilarious gag about her crotch itching and I haven't seen another episode.

Its got a one good joke per episode ratio. Thats not a good ratio.

Show sucks. Even the blatant attempt to pander to the bunny audience doesn't save it.

I didn't care for the pilot at all and never watched again. It just didn't seem funny at all, it almost felt like they were trying too hard to be funny and failing miserably.

Haven't seen it, but the trailer that was on one of my Family Guy Star Wars DVDs didn't look very interesting.

Yeah the show looked bad even in the trailers but I've had some movies that had shitty trailers and turned out good so I tried it. I regret the decision.

It seems like a show that was made to be canceled. What's the long term appeal to this crap? I couldn't see it going for 10 seasons or even 2 for that matter. It looks like some garbage that Adult Swim would make.

I can't see it getting too many more episodes. The best they could have done was a human flesh/cannibalism episode and they already played it out, very poorly, in the pilot. If you can't make that funny you can't make anything funny.

I watched about 5 minutes before I realized I was still alive. Amazing that the guy from Home Movies is partly responsible for this garbage.

Watched the pilot, and it was meh. My favorite joke was the Child Molester Burger that came with free candy.

The more I think about it, the more it does seem like something churned out by AS (especially given its animation style). And the "weird" daughter just reminds me of Jason from Home Movies as an older girl.

Problem with this show is the horrible execution of the jokes. Even though Seth McFarlane is a sellout douche he at least somewhat understands this concept on his shows.

Home Movies was pretty good, but it could definitely be hit or miss. I remember every time I would try to introduce someone to the show, it would be a shitty episode.

I always thought it was hilarious. I like it's dry humor. I wouldn't say it's hit or miss. I would say that Family Guy nowadays is definitely hit or miss, but never Home Movies. Some people get it, some people don't.
