In Batman: Cacophony, which was written by Kevin Smith, Joker throws a lot of gay innuendos out there. After a guy breaks him out of Arkham, he offers his ass as payment.
That's not really an innuendo. Innuendos are a little more subtle than "fuck me in the ass".

On the point of the French Batman, he's pretty awesome. Unless he was running around going durka durka jihad on people, who cares? It's the measure of a man's (or woman's) heart that's important, not what deity they worship.
