it was 1,647 lines, 10 lines = 1 level.
And no, it wasn't falling too fast, in fact I started at level 20 (maximum falling speed), what happened was I got tired of playing tetris and quit on purpose.

Actually, that's why I wondered why that Z is in that position. A good Tetris player would only make such a mistake on purpose, even at top speed. Now, if this were TGM or Tetris Zone...
