A couple days ago, Crazy_Bastard found a program called mIRC Stats, which analyzes mIRC logs and spits out all sorts of information. After fiddling around with it a lot, I combined all of my own mIRC logs and came up with this:

The custom searches are the most fun to play with, but I'm limited to what I can search for... Apparently, I can't search for anything with a "!" in it, or I'd be checking a lot of bot !commands, and I also can't search for any numbers. If you have any suggestions for other fun custom searches, lemme know and I'll add em.

How often can you run them and are they generated by multiple logs from multiple people or just logs from you?

I'm assuming that they are just from fernin and the lexiabot because they are both in the room all day and both monitor

That one's already done as well, it's in the big numbers section:
Slayer_Professional really wanted others to know what he was doing - 1615 descriptions altogether.
Sample:
22.3 16:13 * Slayer_Professional hits vald veritcally 
I also can't do a top 10 list for any /me action at all, I have to search for specific words, and "/me" is not a word that is actually said when the action is done. I'll definitely toss in the ellipsis search.

It would be cool if there were a way we could see the log stats like that, but for this forum.
I would be interested to see the times of day various forumers averagely browse the site among other things.

If the entire site's DB could be dumped into a text file, I have no doubt that it could have its format adjusted to the IRC layout. It would be huge though, there are tens of thousands of posts.
