I also say GBA because it has Mega Man & Bass, as well as the Battle Network series. The GBC has the Mega Man Xtreme games, but I've never played those and, more importantly, there's only the two compared with the above seven. Eight if you count Battle Chip Challenge.

Well, I've got Atari 2600 vs. PS1 and Intellivision vs. PS2 left, and then so far, I have NES vs. SNES and N64 vs. Gamecube for the quarterfinals.
