I'd so like to jump in with my one day rule BS... right now, but hopefully herr jeebus, hasn't forgot about this thread. Anyway thought i'd mention I'll be lurking and posting from time to time... I've one more final to go and i'll finally be able to take a break for myself, ah well 'till then. btw I started playing Crysalis, and I have some good, and some bad about it, mostly good though, but that's for another time.

As for your commennt my initial post, as well as my subsequent posts served two purposes, one to share my ideas on the topic i wanted to, and to test the waters around here, as to types of humor, what makes people mad, what can they tolerate.. And i have conlcuded throwing rocks at people's heads generally makes them mad.

but seriously I think people need to take a more light hearted approach to reading my posts, like i think it's silly people said I was trying to be in charge in the welcoming thread to that guy... okay it was obviously meant to be a joke, I said it in the threaad.. I made obviously false statements so everyone here would know for sure i was kidding... I said i was here for 4 yeras, you could check to the left of any of my posts to show i was here for a month.... I just don't see how it was taken badly... I told the guy if he told me any question i'd just ask syd, so might as go straight to syd... it was a mixture of light to dry humor, as well as bracing the new comer for the environment here... I was semi serous about just testing the new person... to see how well they'd get a long, and what kind of language, and expression to expect around here.. but some things said toward me in that thread didn't give a fair representation of the website... which another reason i disliked, I don't mind people being mad at me you have to be thoughtful toward others, especially new comers...

I was semi-serious didn't you read my quote... and well it only takes a month to get the worst side of you guys and girl (note no plural ), as i quickly found it.. so i think i was well prepared in bracing him for some of the harsher stuff that happens in the forums.
