Stephen Fry, Sir Ben Kingsley, Simon Pegg, Jonathan Ross (the Beedle Bamford from Sweeney Todd, Peter Pettigrew/Wormtail from Harry Potter), and John Cleese as your butler, among others.

Not even John Cleese? Hell, the guy was the replacement for Q in the 007 movies.

Is Fable any good? I've always thought about playing it, but it looks really generic.

I can't speak for the second and third installments, but the first one was over way too fast, and didn't have a lot of replay value. Plus he fact that I couldn't sell any of my old armor after I upgraded to a better set pissed me off, loot grinding and selling is a linchpin of any decent RPG.

If you haven't had widespread access to British television, you wouldn't have a clue who he is.

I found it stupid that fable only had one meter. Good - Evil. It should be so much more deep than that. Like Altruism - Greed, Caring - Sadistic, Courageous - Coward would be three measures that would make the game much more replayable.

Fable 1 was the result of the infamous old Molyneux, who became more obsessed with adding features than figuring out how to implement them both in terms of game design and hardware limitations. Ultimately, there was a ton of crap cut out (and you can tell by playing it, even in the lost chapters edition), the game was short (10 hours, 15 with the expanded version), and its plot ridiculously rushed. It wasn't terrible, though. It was a neat little diversion, and is worth maybe a $10-$20 investment.

Fable 2 was a significant improvement. It was more open, the plot was better-paced, the developers put in what they want/how they wanted it, etc. I particularly liked the fresh setting (somewhere around early 18th century, so you got muskets and stuff, while still keeping you merged in a cool fantasy setting).

So here's to you Mrs. Robinson. People love you more- oh, nevermind.

I have to call bull shit on this. In this day and age of video websites and netflix it's impossible to not keep abreast of the awesomeness of england.

Woah woah woah... what are you talking about...

Stephen Fry is not House or even on the show, Hugh Laurie is House.

He's a total god though.

I'll give you examples of what Stephen Fry is in...

He's in V for Vendetta - he get's killed early on in the film.

He has a tv show here called QI, he also does shows were he visits America and of course he is in Blackadder.

Watch that video.

It's Blackadder, Rowan Atkinson is the man sitting on the left at the table i.e. Mr Bean, Edmund Blackadder. On the right hand side of the table is Stephen Fry as the Duke of Wellington and of course the man who walks in carrying the tray and asks to budge up is Hugh Laurie i.e. Dr House.

Johnathan Ross is a fucking dick. I don't know many american show presenters like Conan O'Brien, Jay Leno or Letterman. Johnathan Ross is one of those guys, and he is the most uncharasmatic man of all time. Think of the shittest american show presenter and Ross is the British equivalent.

E.g. in this video.

I'm sure you all know who Simon Pegg (Scotty - new star trek film, Hot Fuzz, Shaun of the Dead etc.) is and of course comedy genius John Cleese and if you don't know what he's in you deserve to get shot!

I assume he's talking about the show 'A Bit of Fry and Laurie', in which Steven Fry and Hugh Laurie co-starred.

Yep

Furthermore, it's come to my attention that Fry voiced Revaer in Fable 2.
