Why is Kathleen Turner such a bitch in War of the Roses?

It's supposed to be a dark comedy about divorce.

Instead, it's just dark. Divorce isn't funny and this didn't make it funny.

Ever watch The Break Up? It's just as awkward and depressing, except it has a better cast. Also, it was a commercial success.

Kathleen Turner's character was an empty, emotionless cunt. However, I thought parts of the movie were kind of funny.

I hated The Break Up.

It wasn't funny, and if Jennifer Aniston is an actress, why is every character she plays the same as Rachel Green?

SPOILERS AHOY! (Just in case...):

They both kill each other.

Yeah, it's that dark. It was more awkward than funny.

I don't really know if that is her fault or the fault of the writers. I love Office Space and her character is the same as Rachel in that too.

Office Space isn't good because of Jennifer Aniston. It's good because of pretty much everybody else. Jennifer Aniston is a waste of screen time. And War of the Roses was a huge downer, but Kathleen Turner was fantastic in Undercover Blues.
