have you thought about godaddy? sock and I use them and we almost never have trouble.

I rarely have trouble and I like my hosting package. I get ridiculous amounts of bandwith and server space and it increases every month. Having the site go down for a few hours every 5-7 months due to a server problem is hardly switching over.
