Baby Comes Back to Life Inside Coffin

(Aug. 6) -- A Mexican baby that had been pronounced dead was discovered to be still breathing -- just hours before she was scheduled to be buried.

Dafne Marisol Hernandez, 17, was preparing to say farewell to her daughter, who died not long after her premature birth this week.

To Hernandez's surprise, she could hear noises coming from inside the coffin. When she opened it up, she saw that her baby was alive -- and crying.

If something ain't moving around and making noise, I'm gonna assume it's dead too. It's the baby's fault.

Well it could have been a lot worse I suppose. They should check anyone else he pronounced dead, see if there are claw marks on the inside of the casket. Confused

*shudder* My top one way I don't want to die (aside from the zillions of horrible ways they came up with to kill people in the Middle Ages and all) is suffocating to death in my own coffin. Brrrrr.

I intend to be buried with a satellite phone and a syringe full of a potent poison.

The poison is in case the phone won't work

There's no need to worry about being buried alive, guys. The embalming fluid will take care of that little issue. Trust me.

I'm more worried about being cremated alive.

Well, that's the #2 way I don't want to go. Since we're on the subject of Stephen King in that other thread...."Autopsy Room 3," anyone?
