Hasn't everyone (females included) done this at some point? What a batch of horseshit.

That is not rape. It's a bad decision by a woman that she later regretted. Which can unfortunately turn into a rape accusation if the woman is mean spirited enough.

It's kind of a tangent, and I don't mean to belittle what I consider to be the second most serious crime a person can commit (and very close to #1), but it ticks me off when I hear about these accusations from women who screwed a guy and regretted it the next day, so they called the police. A sexual assault accusation can ruin a guy's fucking life completely, even if it's total bullshit. And what happens to the accusers in these types of bullshit accusations? Usually nothing. Anyone remember this?. And cases like this make it harder for the women who are actually assaulted to come forward...the more fake accusations that get thrown around, the less likely police and the public are to believe true ones.

To be pithy, this woman regretted opening her legs, so she opened her mouth, and now this guy is going to jail for it.

And that doesn't even touch on the blatant racist overtones here.

Yeah, that's pretty shitty. But in our increasing liberal society, rape is becoming more and more loosely defined every day to the point of being absurd. Did you know in California you can be arrested and found guilty of rape if you have sex with a woman who is even slightly intoxicated?

I guess the lesson here is be very careful who you have sex with and make sure she isn't a complete basket case.

I don't know if that is a good thing. That blue genie can't keep his mouth shut and will probably be held in contempt of court.

Technically, it doesn't work that way. What the law is there for it women who become intoxicated to the point where making a decision/saying no is impossible, which is a good thing. However, what is technically meant to work doesn't always work out that way. It has this weird looseness to it that needs to be better enforced in my eyes.

In other words, it's abused by women who regret a bad decision they made the night before? SHOCKER!

That's friggin ridiculous! So is the following situation possible over there?

Dirty Old Pedophile- "Officer, I just has sex with a 9 year old girl but she said she was 18. I'd like her arrested for RAPING ME BY DECEPTION."

Officer- "You're very brave to come forward like this. Thanks for helping us get scum like that off the streets."

Dirty Old Pedophile- "I'm no hero. I'm just doing my part. Well, I'm off to the playground now."
